CubBuddy Terms & Conditions

Welcome to CubBuddy. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CubBuddy mobile application ("App") and our website at cubbuddy.com. By using our App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Registration

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App.

  • Information Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information, including your first name, last name, phone number, and email address.

  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information.

2. Payments and Subscriptions

We offer services through auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time payments.

  • Payment Methods: Payments are processed via Apple Pay (In-App Purchases) or Stripe.

  • Auto-Renewal: For subscriptions, your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

  • Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings.

  • Refunds: All refund requests for In-App Purchases are handled by Apple and must be requested through their support channels.

3. User Content and Camera Use

  • License to Content: You retain ownership of the photos you take or upload via the App’s camera features. However, you grant CubBuddy a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display this content solely to provide app services to you.

  • Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose or to harass others.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or "scrape" data from the App.

  • Create multiple fake accounts or provide false contact information.

5. Intellectual Property

All code, designs, and original content within CubBuddy (excluding your uploaded photos) are the exclusive property of CubBuddy and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

CubBuddy is provided on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including data loss or service interruptions.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date.

8. User Conduct and Limitation of Liability for Third-Party Actions

  • No Responsibility for User Actions: CubBuddy is a platform for users to interact. We are not responsible for the conduct, actions, or content (whether online or offline) of any user of the App.

  • Content Disclaimer: You may encounter content from other users that you find offensive, indecent, or objectionable. We do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of any user-generated content.

  • Interactions at Your Own Risk: Your interactions with other users, including any disputes or damages resulting from those interactions, are solely between you and those individuals. CubBuddy is not liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings.
